MR. RAJA NANAYAKKARA, the founder of NEM CONSTRUCTION (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a Chartered Civil Engineer by profession boasting over 40 years of experience in construction field in Sri Lanka as well as United Kingdom. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers UK. MR. RAJA NANAYAKKARA is a veteran in the construction industry, having over 35 YEARS of experience under his belt. Having started NEM CONSTRUCTION (PRIVATE) LIMITED in 1980, it has since grown to become largest private construction company the country.

GERAD PERERA

MR. GERAD PERERA was born into a family involved in business. On completion of his primary and secondary education from the HENEGAMA CENTRAL COLLEGE and ISIPATHANA COLLEGE - COLOMBO, he joined ROLANDS LIMITED as an apprentice, and he was able to successfully complete MECHANICAL ENGINEERING COURSE conducted by the NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP BOARD DURING 1975 TO 1980. after obtaining much needed exposure and guidance in the business world for a couple of years, he ventured out on his own accord to be an entrepreneur in his own choice in 1981.

SUPUN PERERA

MR. SUPUN PERERA is an output of ST. JOSEPH’S COLLEGE – COLOMBO. obtained his BACHELOR’S DEGREE from the KINGSTON UNIVERSITY OF UNITED KINGDOM in the field of CIVIL ENGINEERING WITH A FIRST-CLASS GRADE.

After completing his studies, he joined UTRAX as a DIRECTOR and his aim is to drive the business to its fullest success.

Being a Civil Engineer and Heavy Machinery fanatic, MR. M. SUPUN M. PERERA developed many diversifications to UTRAX.

In which he introduced Heavy construction machinery business by forming up UTRAX EQUIPMENT DIVISION to Introduce WORLD-RENOWNED CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT BRANDS.

MR. M. SUPUN M. PERERA’S visionary leadership have converted UTRAX EQUIPMENT DIVISION to become the LARGEST CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER IN SRI LANKA & MALDIVES WITHIN VERY SHORT PERIOD.

ASHWIN WELGAMA NANAYAKKARA

ASHWIN NANAYAKKARA has more than 18 years of work experience in Australia, Sri Lanka, and West Africa.

He worked as a strategy consultant for an Australian Corporate Global Firm, Accenture Strategy.

He holds a MSc. in Law and Accounting and an LLB Degree from the London School of Economics, in the United Kingdom.
